We are looking for a BA/QA Engineer to join the team.
PROJECT STACK and TEAM:
A BA/QA Professional bridges the gap between business requirements and technical execution. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of feature development: from gathering and documenting requirements to ensuring the final product meets the highest standards of quality through rigorous testing.
You are the ultimate advocate for the end-user, ensuring that what we build is both what the business needs and what the user deserves.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
SDLC Knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Technical Literacy: Ability to read/query SQL databases to verify data integrity and use Browser DevTools for front-end debugging.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you must be able to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Critical Thinking: A "detective" mindset that can spot edge cases in requirements before a single line of code is written.
GOOD TO HAVE:
Background in UI/UX design principles.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Analysis (50%)
- Requirements Gathering: Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to extract core business needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Flowcharts, and Wireframes.
- Backlog Management: Assist the Product Owner in prioritizing the backlog, ensuring the development team always has "ready" tasks.
- Gap Analysis: Identify discrepancies between "as-is" processes and "to-be" solutions to ensure a smooth transition for users.
Quality Assurance (50%)
- Test Planning: Develop detailed Test Plans and Test Cases based directly on the acceptance criteria defined during the BA phase.
- Execution: Perform manual functional testing, regression testing, and usability testing across web and mobile platforms.
- Bug Tracking: Document, prioritize, and track defects through to resolution using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- UAT Coordination: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with stakeholders to validate that the delivered software solves the original business problem.
